Cancelling
You can cancel HeapCrash Pro at any time from the account menu (click your name, then "Cancel Pro renewal"). Cancelling stops future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Refunds
Because AI usage starts as soon as Pro is active, monthly payments are generally non-refundable. We do refund in full:
- duplicate charges
- charges after you cancelled
- payments made when Pro didn't switch on and we couldn't fix it within 3 working days
To ask for a refund, write to support@heapcrash.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it. If every retry fails, your account goes back to the free plan and keeps all your progress.
